Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Dec. 23-26, 2010:

• Phillip Kile, 37, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Kevin Kelley, 31, for a grand jury indictment for shooting into an unoccupied vehicle and third-degree criminal mischief and held on a $500,000 bond.

• James Butts, 65, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Duney Bolling, 18, for third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property and held on a $13,000 bond.

• William Boles, 39, for failure to pay and held on a $268 cash bond.

• Clifton Crawford, 38, for driving while under the influence and two counts of failure to appear and held on a $1,249 bond.

• Shelby Griffin, 40, for probation revocation and failure to appear and held without bond.

• Morgan Riley, 53, for combined driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Ladonna Smith, 19, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and held on an $800 bond.

• George Holmes, 46, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Bobby Chaney, 24, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Billy Copeland, 54, for first-degree assault and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Joshua Ball, 28, for two counts of failure to appear and obstruction of governmental operations and held on a $500 bond.

• Clay Stacks, 19, for minor in consumption and held on a $300 bond.

• Jason Tatum, 30, for probation revocation and held without bond.

• Daniel Davison, 21, for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $2,000 bond.

• Benjamin Adams, 44, for third-degree domestic violence and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Patrick Hall, 20, for pedestrian under the influence and released after time served.
