For those who have not yet paid their 2010 ad valorem, they are being faced with a new bill from the county revenue commissioner’s office.

Diane Thompson, assistant revenue commissioner, said Monday, there is $577,000 in property taxes outstanding of the $11 million billed in October.

The bills were mailed Jan. 17 and include a $5 late fee and 1 percent penalty.
