• Landy Magwood, 42, for driving while under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property and held on a $26,000 bond.

• Bobby Rhodes, 23, for three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Cherina Grimes, 23, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Michael Eller, 25, for second-degree forgery and fraudulent use of a credit card and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Nicole Kemp, 27, for first-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree resisting arrest and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Shawn Rhodes, 61, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Jacob Crawley, 22, for unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and second-degree theft of property and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Ronnie Davis, 33, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Misty McRae, 36, for a grand jury indictment and held on a $20,000 bond.
