Beef O’Brady’s is stepping up its fundraising efforts for employee Corry Burton, who was injured in a December car accident.

Burton has no insurance and the family has an “overwhelming” amount of medical bills associated with the wreck.

Yanvari Hitt, general manager, said the restaurant, which has already set up “spirit jugs” at its location, will hold a Corry Burton Night on Feb. 9.
