• David Cullum, 51, for four counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $12,000 bond.

• Shanda Waltman, 19, for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Jamie Kelly, 21, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Christopher Lawson, 18, for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $2,000 bond.

• Michael Wells, 21, for second-degree possession of a forged instrument and held on a $10,000 bond.
