Attention motorcycle riders, get your riding clothes ready for the Opp VFW poker run today.

Club manager Renee Hudson said the proceeds from today’s run will benefit Roy Scarbrough and Linda Messick, both Opp residents.

Hudson said registration will begin at 10 a.m. and the first bike will go out at 11 a.m. and travel from the Opp VFW to the Red Level VFW, to an American Legion and Adams Package Food.

Poker hands are $10 per hand, and the Ladies Auxilary will sell barbecue plates for $5.

“We will have prizes for the best two hands,” Hudson said. “As well as 50-50 drawings.”

Hudson said there will also be a live auction that will begin at 2 p.m.
