Employees are needed to meet the new Andalusia Dollar Tree’s projected opening date of April 18.

Chelle Davis, Dollar Tree spokesperson, said 10 to 12 permanent employees will be hired to operate the store, which is located in the Three Notch Shopping Center next to Winn-Dixie.

On Monday, a “Now Hiring” sign advertising the need for employees was seen in building’s front window, and Dollar Tree personnel were on site accepting applications.

Those interested in becoming a Dollar Tree employee are asked to stop by the new location during normal business hours to pick up an application.

Stores are “open seven days a week and offer a fast, fun and friendly shopping experience,” Davis said.
