Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

April 11, 2011:

• Robert Ainsworth, 28, for a grand jury indictment for chemical endangerment of a child and held on a $40,000 bond.

• Marshell Holmes, 47, for three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Michael Stewart, 40, for driving while under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.
