Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments April 15-17, 2011:

• Christina A. Garrett, 21, bondsman off bond and held on $10,000 bond.

• Cornelius D. Byrd, 23, for five counts of distribution of controlled substance, first-degree possession of marijuana and first-degree possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $513,000 bond.

• David Walden Phipps, 40, for failure to appear and held on $800 bond.

• Ruby Lee Gay, 18, for two counts of failure to appear, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and third-degree criminal mischief and held on $80,000 bond.

• Kenneth Griffin, 35, for boating under influence and held on $7,500 bond.

• Shane Patterson, 24, for driving under influence and held on $7,500 bond.

• Tracy Davis, 53, for driving under influence and held on $1,000 bond.

• Jason Spears, 27, on writ of arrest and violation of probation and held without bond.
