The bride-elect is the daughter of Carol Richards and Jerry Richards of Andalusia.
She is employed with the City of Andalusia.
The prospective groom is the son of Edd Hadley and Debbie Ballard of Andalusia.
He is employed at PowerSouth Energy Cooperative.
The couple will unite in marriage on Sat., May 21, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.
