Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

April 25, 2011:

• Troy M. Horton, 22, for three counts of failure to appear and held on $1,105 bond.

• Derrick L. Bell, 41, for driving under influence, two counts of failure to appear, resisting arrest and held on $1,900 bond.

• Elliott Holmes, 28, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Charlie E. Allen, 32, for failure to pay child support and violation of probation and held without bond.

• Kendall D. Goldsmith, 22, for sentencing on commitment order and held without bond.

• Wayne E. Goldsmith, 45, on commitment order and held without bond.

• Christopher Boles, 25, for third-degree theft of property and public intoxication and held without bond.

• James K. Baker, 54, for third-degree domestic violence and held on $1,000 bond.
