Easter comes but once a year, and people from across Andalusia and Covington County celebrated with various traditions.

Local Presbyterians enjoyed their Easter service complete with a brass ensemble and all were invited to attend the Faulkner picnic after church in the Straughn community. Far right: Ronda Ricks, a member of Andalusia First Presbyterian Church finishes the cross in front of FPC before Sunday school. She and her husband Ralph are the force behind the church’s new tradition each Easter of “Flower the Cross.”
