Wilbur Buckelew, 76, of Florala, passed away Fri., April 29, 2011, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sun., May 1, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Johnny White and the Rev. Billy Boles officiating and Keahey Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services on Saturday.

Survivors include his wife, Westa Buckelew of Florala; three daughters, Cathy Filo of Dothan, Dianne (Garry) Maxey of Florala and Ramona (William) Thrasher of Catherine, Ala.; and 10 grandchildren.

BELINDA JEAN PHILLIPS

Belinda Jean Phillips, 54, of Opp, passed away Thurs., April 28, 2011, in the Opp hospital.

On that day, she lost her earthly battle to cancer but won victorious life in her Lord and Savior.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., today, Sat., April 30, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Buford Smith officiating and burial following in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services on Saturday.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Phillips; children, Lisa (Chris) Salter, “Lil” Bill and (Tashia) Phillips, all of Opp, Tracey Howell of Oklahoma, Lebo (B.J.) Phillips, Brandi (Todd) Prescott, Rosa Phillips and Victoria (Sol) Harrison; brother, Brian Williams; sister, Ann Dye, all of Opp; and grandchildren, Christopher and Adam Salter; Christopher, Trey and Kody Phillips; Heather and Caleb Schofield; Matthew Morrow, Justin Phillips,

T.J. and Johnathon Smith; Gauge, Braden and Bella Prescott; Brady and Mason Jowers; and Lee-lee Harrison.

Serving as pallbearers will be Bryan Polk, Randy Levitzke, Tim Phillips, Stacy Copeland, Waylon Nelson and Tracy Huckabee.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed Williams and Jackie McDonald.
