Roger and Carol (Maledy) Bray of Andalusia announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Carrie Marie Maledy, to Tyrone Dante Longo Jr., son of Tyrone and Rena Longo of Andalusia.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Leon and Koenia Byrd of the Babbie community and the late Robert and Jerene Maledy of Enterprise. She is the daughter of the late Michael Maledy also of Enterprise.

She is a 2009 graduate of Andalusia High School and a 2011 graduate of Lurleen B. Wallace Community College. She is currently employed at Andalusia Regional Hospital as a surgical technologist.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Vincent Longo and Avon Longo of Destin, Fla., and the late Rex Davis and Lorene Davis of Andalusia.

He is a 2006 graduate of Pleasant Home School and is currently a flexo supervisor with Paris Packaging of Andalusia.

The wedding is planned for June 4, 2011, by invitation only.
