• Heather N. Piatt, 57, for failure to appear on third-degree theft of property and held without bond.

• Roy Junior Odom, 62, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Steven G. Seaney, 21, for third-degree receiving stolen property and held on $3,000 bond.

• Tammie Harrell, 26, for driving under influence and held on $1,000 bond.
