• Jeffery Russell, 49, for two counts of negotiating worthless instrument and held on $6,000 bond.

• Vernon Wambles, 26, for 13 counts of violation of probation and held without bond.

• Herbert Rogers, 23, for second-degree assault and tampering with evidence and held on $13,000 bond.
