A memorial service for the beloved Alabama storyteller Kathryn Tucker Windham will be at 2 p.m. Sun., June 26, in Selma’s Church Street United Methodist Church Selma.

There will be a reception afterward at Windham Hall at the church. Donald Davis (well-known storyteller, former United Methodist minister, and very dear friend of Windham’s) from North Carolina will speak; and the “Dill Pickers” from Birmingham will play.
