The Alabama Shakespeare Festival will be offering a variety of theatrical camp opportunities this summer. Camps are:

• Camp Shakespeare (grades 4-6), July 11-15: Campers work with New York based professional actors as they rehearse and perform a Shakespearean play. Camp Shakespeare Ex-treme (grades 7-12), will be held June 27-July 1.

• Behind the Curtain, (grades 9-12), July 25-29: Master artists and designers work with campers on technical activities, including set, lighting and sound design.

• Broadway South (grades 9-12), July 25-29: Profess-ional actors assist campers in advancing singing, movement and acting skills.

• Weekend Warrior (grades 7-12), July 22-23: Learn the secrets of hand-to-hand combat, as well as the use various weaponry for the stage. Cost of this camp is $150 per camper.
