There is a low chance — around 10 percent — of a large but disorganzied area of cloudiness and thunderstorms becoming a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours, the National Hurricane Center Reports.

The system is currently over the southeastern Gulf of Mexico, South Florida and portions of Cuba and teh Bahamas.
