Arrests in drug operation released

The following individuals were arrested, or have outstanding warrants for their arrests, in a round-up operation Wednesday that followed a months-long undercover operation.

Police Chief Wilbur Williams said in a press conference at City Hall Thursday morning that some additional federal charges are expected.

• Abdul Shakur, 39, for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $1 million bond. Officers said Shakur is a Covington County native who legally changed his name from Kenny Parker.

• Letterron D. Brannon, 35, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Joshua K. Kozlowski, 18, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Marcus Dorsey, 30, for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $400,000 bond.

• Juanita Bleichroth, 42, for distribution of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $213,000 bond.

• Sara Ann Butler, 31, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Leo Mock, 71, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Billy J. Heath, 29, for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $410,500 bond.

• Joseph Atkinson, 38, for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $400,000 bond.

• Christopher Morrison, 25, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Billy M. Austin, 57, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• William D. King, 33, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Denise W. Peacock, 28, for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Richard Capie, 38, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Arthur Hunter, 42, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Demario White, 20, for distribution of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of marijuana and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Zachary Chambers, 19, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Danny Riley, 26, on a grand jury indictment and held on a $100,000 bond.

• Jason Mosely, 22, for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $400,000 bond.

• Gregory Stewart, 34, for three counts of distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $600,000 bond.

• Darryl McDonald, 46, for probation violation and held without bond.

• Joshua Ball, 29, for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $400,000 bond.

• Odessius L. Bryant, 21, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Richard M. Mock, 23, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Amy Spicer, 20, for failure to appear and held on a $506 cash bond.

• Andrew Bleichroth, 46, for distribution of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $213,000 bond.

• Patrick David Iseman, 26, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $200,000 bond.
