Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments July 7, 2011:

• Olivia Kyser, 30, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Shelby Griffin, 40, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Jerry Copeland, 50, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Christopher Payton, 27, for two counts of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and held on a $400,000 bond.

• Deric Longmire, 24, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• John William Kearns Jr., 51, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of untaxed alcohol and held on a $16,000 bond.

• Jeremy Flinn, 27, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Jason Short, 32, for failure to appear/comply/pay, first-degree receiving stolen property, first-degree burglary and failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Stacey Hayes, 28, for a grand jury indictment for first-degree theft of property and third-degree burglary and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Marco Wilson, 60, for driving under the influence (first offense) and held on a $1,000 bond.
