Kids are just funny!

We asked Star-News’ Facebook friends to send us “funnies” to help promote the Imagination Library.

Janna McGlamory had all four of her children, incl-uding toddler twins Natalie and Mallory, in her vehicle when she was dropping off her eldest John Reid, at a function.

Natalie decided she didn’t want her brother to go and pitched a mini-fit, whaling, “I don’t want John Reid to go,” and “I want John Reid to stay with me.”

After listening to this for a while, Mallory looked at Natalie and calmly said, “Natalie, I love you, but you have GOT to shut up!”

There are now 126 children enrolled in the Covington County Imagination Library, which distributes a book each month to every child enrolled from birth to kindergarten.

This week, the library welcomes five wee ones to the Imagination Library roll, including Bentley Greene of Opp; Dawson P. Worley of Andalusia; Colton E. Maloy of Red Level; and Brylee S. Cleland of Opp.
