• Donnell James 52, for failure to appear and violation of probation and held without bond.

• Rodney Scott, 43, for violation probation and held without bond.

• Manuel Alvarez, 24, on hold for Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.

• Kasie Spooner, 25, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Herbert Sauls, 43, for possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substance and held on a $20,500 bond.
