Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments

August 3, 2011:

• Oddessius Bryant, 21, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Joe Tellis, 50, for six counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Ronnie L. Phillip, 45, for a grand jury indictment and held on a $20,500 bond.
