• Chester Clyde McKinley, 60, 2 counts of distribution of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, manufacture of controlled substance, chemical endangerment of child and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $770,000 bond.

• Phillip McKinley, 23, for 2 counts distribution of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, manufacture of controlled substance, chemical endangerment of child, and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $770,000

• Terrie K. Owens, 44, for manufacture of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, chemical endangerment of child and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $570,000 bond.

• Kayla L. Sorrells, 21, for manufacture of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, chemical endangerment of child and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $570,000 bond.
