“This is just a small token of our appreciation to thank all those directly associated with the World Series,” Leisure Services director Dwight Mikel said. “We would like to say thank you to those individuals that took part in making the Babe Ruth 12U Softball World Series a huge success. We also want to take this time to thank all the citizens of Covington County for the hospitality shown our quest.”
