Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments August 15, 2011:

• Jimmy D. McIntosh, 45, for third-degree assault and held on a $3,000 bond.

• David Mahaffey, 53, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• James L. Franklin, 37, for three counts of failure to appear, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and held without bond.

• Diavolo Stoudemire, 26, for a grand jury indictment for unlawful distribution, two counts of failure to appear and violation of probation and held without bond.

• Scott Rickett, 38, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Michael Huber, 54, for third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property and held on a $20,000 bond.

• George Kendrick, 25, for failure to appear and held without bond.
