August 26-28, 2011:

• Sullivan T. Hunter, 32, for two counts of failure to appear and held on a $1,700 cash bond.

• Chadwick Cook, 29, for two counts of failure to appear and held on a $1,700 cash bond.

• Eboni Byrd, 24, for possession of a forged instrument and second-degree theft of property and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Tifton Harley, 32, for a grand jury indictment for first-degree receiving stolen property and held on a $40,000 bond.

• Danarieya L. Smith, 19, for a grand jury indictment for second-degree receiving stolen property and two counts of bond revocation and held without bond.

• Richard Acree, 41, for driving under the influence (first offense) and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Roger Parker, 49, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Billy Beck, 45, for driving under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Clifton J. Patrick, 47, for public intoxication and held on a $500 bond.

• Steve Magwood, 27, for contempt of court and held on a $500 bond.

• Jessie Wade, 27, for public intoxication, resisting arrest and attempting to elude and held on a $1,900 bond.
