U.S. Marshalls arrested a man wanted in a fatal shooting that occurred in Atmore last week.

Officials captured Antonio Alberto Crenshaw Tuesday morning and charged him in the shooting death of Christopher Payne Andrews, 23.

Crenshaw, 29, was apprehended at about 1:30 a.m. at a room in the Red Roof Inn in Pensacola, according to reports.

Crenshaw, also known as “Ton-Ton” was arrested without incident and charged as a fugitive from justice, reports indicate. He is expected to be extradited to Escambia County, Ala., where he will be charged with murder.
