A Covington County man is in critical condition at a Montgomery hospital after being airlifted from a wreck Tuesday night.

State Troopers said the one-vehicle incident occurred about 7:50 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Antioch Road and Good News Chapel Road.

Ira Dennis, 31, a passenger in a 1999 Dodge driven by 40-year-old Jennifer Laura Green, was airlifted to Baptist Medical Center in Montgomery after being pinned under the truck. Green sustained minor injuries.

Family indicated as of Wednesday, Dennis was in critical condition. The accident is still under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers.
