Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments, Sept. 6, 2011:

• Shane Nelson, 32, for a grand jury indictment and held on a $40,000 bond.

• Trista Mulvaney, 25, for public intoxication and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Robert McGraw Jr. 53, for reckless driving, reckless endangerment and attempting to elude and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Frankie Ray Teal, 48, on an order of arrest and held without bond.

• Jennifer Messick, 31, for second-degree theft of property and eight counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and held on a $90,000 bond.

• Gerry Kendrick, 40, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Marvin Paluch, 49, for probation revocation and held without bond.

• Megan Chandler, 26, for two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $6,000 bond.
