Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Andrews of Greenville and Mr. William Hubert Beverly Jr. of Georgiana would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Christy Noel Beverly, to Mr. Joshua Brian Parker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Parker.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of William Hubert Beverly and the late Mae Beverly and the late Margaret and Tom Cooke of, all of Georgiana.

She is a 2004 graduate of Georgiana High School and a 2009 graduate of Troy University. She is currently employed at Hysco in Greenville.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Parker of Kinston and Mr. and Mrs. William Hawthorne of Opp.

He is a 2003 graduate of Kinston High School and a 2010 graduate of Troy University. He is currently employed at Verizon in Andalusia.

The couple will exchange vows on Oct. 2, 2011, at 3 p.m., at Southside Baptist Church in Opp.
