Teresa Tolbert, known as juror No. 9 in the corruption trial, said it all. The prosecution did not prove their case with their tapes or connect the dots theory. The three witnesses that pled guilty to get a reduced sentence were not credible, even arrogant at times, and the wire-wearing politicians were politically-motivated and self serving.

In my opinion, the prosecutors can spin their case any way they choose but they will never get a conviction. Stop wasting money, lick your wounds and go back to Washington.

Ms. Tolbert I would like to thank you for your honesty and public service to this state.
