BANNI MAE BURKS

Banni Mae Burks, 87, of Dozier, died Fri., Sept. 30, 2011, in the Luverne Nursing Home.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sun., Oct. 2, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Canant officiating, and burial following in the Macedonia Cemetery.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Jake Hutto of Jack; her two sons and daughter-in-law, Fenton Burks of Meterie, La., and Eldred and Diane Burks of Dozier; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces.
