For those still looking to get in a few good scares before Halloween, Andalusia’s Haunted Manor is the place.

Located on Hillcrest Drive behind Oasis, it’s the place where “all your nightmares are real,” said organizer Charlene Davis.

This is the sixth year Davis and her group of volunteers have been involved with haunted houses in the area. Last year, the group assisted with Florala’s Factory of Terror, and in years past, has been involved with the Haunted Manor in Opp and the Haunted Jail in Elba.

“Andalusia is a great community, and there was no better place to have a haunted house than in that old building,” Davis said. “We had someone give us some info about the old Andalusia Health care building, so we met with the owner and checked the building out. It is already a very spooky building, so we thought it would be a great location to host a haunted house.”

Open Friday and Saturday night from 7 p.m. until, goers will be frightened by a who’s who cast of Halloween horrors such as Jason from “Friday the 13th” and Freddy from “Nightmare on Elm Street.”

“We have a very excited and spirited group working for us that really know how to give you a scare, so come out, and visit the haunted house that will make all your nightmares become reality,” Davis said.

Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
