The Andalusia City Council on Tuesday rezoned three pieces of property, including:

• Property on Martin Luther King, Jr Expressway at Elm Street, from M-1 to B-3.

• Property owned by the City of Andalusia, known as the Snead Kennedy Property, from R-1 and R-2 to M-2. A portion of the property is being sold to PowerSouth, but the terms of the deal included a requirement for rezoning. This change does not affect residents of Bellwood, as a previous rezoning request might have, Mayor Earl Johnson said.

• Property on Baisden Street from B-2/R-2 to B-2.
