Four area teams will vie for spots in the next round of the Alabama High School Athletic Association’s playoffs Friday night. Andalusia and Opp won the right to host the first round, while Straughn and Pleasant Home will hit the road. Tonight, Opp fans will celebrate with a citywide pep rally downtown at 7 p.m. Tomorrow, Straughn will hold one at 10:20 a.m. Andalusia will hold theirs at 2:30 p.m. Pleasant Home students will form a line to send off their players Friday.
