There is a move to establish middle school and high school soccer teams in the Andalusia City School System.

A group of interested players and parents will address the school board Monday at 6 p.m. about the group’s wish to create the youth teams. At present, children can play in the city’s youth soccer league, but there are no school-connected teams.

The night’s meeting will be held at the high school’s library. Anyone interested is invited to join.
