Nov. 15, 2011:

• Gary Lamar Steele, 34, on hold for another agency.

• Fredrick O’Neal Jones, 19, for failure to appear and held on a $500 bond.

• Penny M. Kimbril, 29, for an attempt to possess a controlled substance and possession of a forged instrument and held on a $13,000 bond.
