• Samuel Carter, 33, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Donnie D. Hay, 21, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Kirby Z. Gray, 26, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Justina Woods, 18, for failure to pay and held wihtout bond.

• Richard H. Capie, 38, for third-degree theft of property and held without bond.
