Boys and girls in grades 1-6 who are interested in participating in the Straughn Youth Basketball program will have evaluation tryouts on Sat., Dec. 10, in the Straughn High School gymnasium.

The registration form and fee must be returned to the elementary or middle school on or before Fri., Dec. 9, or you may bring it to the evaluation tryouts.

Registration forms will not be accepted after Dec. 10.

The registration fee for one child is $25; two children (siblings) $40; and three children (siblings) $50.

The evaluation tryouts schedule for Dec. 10 is the following:

• 1-3 grade students, 9 a.m. until 10 a.m., SHS gymnasium

• 4-6 grade girls, 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., SHS gymnasium

• 4-6 grade boys, 11 a.m. until noon, SHS gymnasium
