Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

Nov. 30, 2011:

• Richard S. Smith, 20, for probation revocation and held without bond.

• Jessica Shaeffer, 33, for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance and held on a $17,500 bond.

• Jason Franklin, 31, for six counts of negotiating a worthless instrumentn and held on an $18,000 bond.

• Cory L. Toney, 29, for three counts of second-degree theft of property and held on a $30,000 bond.

• Stance Burlison, 39, for failure to appear and held without bond.
