How to get perfect pictures
Making the season bright is fantastic idea behind those wishing to spread holiday cheer with homemade Christmas cards, but it’s horrible advice for the one charged with getting the perfect photo for its front.
Or at least it is according to photographer Vicki Popwell, who, after more than 20 years behind the lens, knows a thing or two about taking pretty pictures. She is a specialist in the portraiture of children and is well know for her art and custom framing.
The Star-News asked Popwell to share tips for the perfect Christmas photo using the decorated Court Square in Andalusia as a backdrop. Her granddaughter, Lacey Jane Wells, served as model for the day.
