• Kimberly Jenkins, 49, for negotiating worthless instrument and held on $3,000 bond.

• Harold Hall, 47, for contempt of court and held without bond.

• Jason Stalling, III, 36, for contempt of court and held without bond.

• Timothy Edwards, 33, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Dominic Watson, 25, conspiracy to trafficking and held on $500,000 bond.

• Jean Edward Jones, 34, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Reginald Richardson, 42, on hold for another agency and held without bond.

• Stephanie D. Hyde, 37, for 9 counts of negotiating worthless instrument and held on $27,000 bond.
