Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Dec. 12, 2011:

• Richard E. Torres, 36, for domestic violence in the third degree and held on a $500 bond.

• Paul Shackleford, 32, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Charles Junior Stallings, 26, for failure to appear and held on a $500 bond.

• Billy Gene Copeland, 34, for failure to appear and held on a $275 bond.

• Ryan James Reeves, 24, for two counts of violation of parole and held without bond.
