Opp fell 66-49 to Georgiana in the first round of the 14th annual Red Level Invitation Christmas Touranment on Tuesday.

The Bobcats stayed closed with the Panthers in the second period, trailing 29-21.

GHS held a 36-21 halftime lead, and went on to outscore the Bobcats 17-11 in the third period.

The Bobcats bounced back in the fourth, putting up 17 points compared to Georgiana’s 13.

Tyler Ferguson led the Bobcats with 12 points, and Tavis Stoudemire had 10 points.

Opp will play Flomaton at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in the loser’s bracket.
