Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments on Dec. 26, 2011:

• Steven Cender, 41, for bond revocation and held without bond.

• Michael H. Fink, 53, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

 

In the Tues., Dec. 27, edition, it was reported a Stacy McCart, 40, was arrested for reckless endangerment, menacing and assault. This is not the Stacey R. McCart, 35, of Andalusia, who is employed on an offshore drilling rig. The Star-News is happy to clarify this for our readers.
