It’s not every day you will find an athlete from Andalusia that will compete in two BCS National Championship football games.

Alab-ama junior linebacker and former Andalusia stand out Nico Johnson said to those aspiring youngsters who want to be successful, to just stay humble.

“No matter how much success you have, and how much down fall you have, just stay humble through it all,” he said. “Be respectful to yourself and others.

“Always work hard and never be satisfied,” he said. “Whatever you’re doing — if you have that mind set — I think nothing will hold you back from whatever you want.”

Jo-h-ns-on will play in his second national championship in his three seasons at Alabama on Mon., Jan. 9, in New Orleans, where the No. 2 Crimson Tide will face No. 1 LSU.
