• Fredrick C. Gidden, 37, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Jeffery T. Henderson, 36, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Leisha A. Burkett, 25, for third-degree theft of property and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Mickey Upshaw, 44, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Dana C. Jewell, 54, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest and held on a $16,000 bond.

• William Talbot, 25, for being a fugitive from justice and held without bond.

• Joseph L. Burkett, 30, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Ruby L. Gay, 19, for failure to appear and held without bond.
