Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

Jan. 4, 2011:

• Cheryl Lynn Janney, 41, for four counts of negotiating worthless instrument and held on $12,000 bond.

• James Kenneth Janney, 40, for 11 counts of negotiating worthless instrument and held on $33,000 bond.

• Christopher Scott McNeill, 40, on order of arrest, and held without bond.

• Connie R. Anders, 37, on grand jury indictment for possession and receiving controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $40,000 bond.

• Donar L. Strickland, 46, on grand jury indictment for second-degree rape and second-degree sex abuse and held on a $1 million bond.
